【摘要】:ThispartofISO10816givesinstructionsfortheevaluationofvibrationonrotodynamicpumpsforindustrialapplicationswithnominalpowerabove1kW.Itdefinesthespecialrequirementsforevaluationofvibrationwhenthevibrationmeasurementsaremadeonnon-rotatingparts(bearinghousingvibration).Itprovidesspecificguidanceforassessingtheseverityofvibrationmeasuredonbearinghousingsofrotodynamicpumpsinsituandfortheacceptancetestatthemanufacturer'stestfacilityorintheplant.ThispartofISO10816alsogivesgeneralinformationandguidelinesforassessingrelativeshaftvibrationoftherotatingshaft.ThispartofISO10816specifieszonesandlimitsforthevibrationofhorizontalandverticalpumpsirrespectiveoftheirsupportflexibility.Thegeneralevaluationcriteriaarevalidforoperationalmonitoringofrotodynamicpumpsandforacceptancetests1)insituoratthemanufacturer'stestfacilityifspecified.Fortheacceptancetestatthemanufacturer'stestfacility,specialconditionsaregiven.Formonitoringthevibrationvaluesduringlong-termoperation,twocriteriaareprovidedforassessingthemachinevibration.Onecriterionconsidersthemagnitudeoftheobservedvibrationandthesecondconsiderschangesinmagnitude.Theevaluationcriteriaareapplicableforthevibrationproducedbythepumpitselfandnotforvibrationwhichistransmittedtothepumpfromexternalsources.Thecriteriamainlyservetoensureareliable,safelong-termoperationofthepump,simultaneouslyminimizingharmfuleffectsonconnecteddevices.Additionally,recommendationsaregivenfordefiningoperationallimitsandsettingalarmandtripvalues.Forpumpunitswithintegratedelectricalmotors(impellerdirectlyonthemotorshaftorimpellershaftrigidlyconnectedtothemotorshaft),thispartofISO10816appliestothewholecoupledunit.Forflexiblycoupledmotors,thispartofISO10816isapplicableforthepumponly.Also,separatelymounteddriversarenotwithinthescopeofthispartofISO10816.ThosedriversaredealtwithinISO10816-3.ThefollowingtypesofpumpsareexcludedfromthispartofISO10816:--reciprocatingandrotatingpositivedisplacementpumps;--reciprocatingenginedrivenpumps;--pumpsinhydraulicpowergeneratingandpumpingplantswithpowerabove1MW(seeISO7919-5andISO10816-5);--solidshandling,slurryandsubmersiblepumps.TorsionalvibrationisnotdealtwithinthispartofISO10816.
