【摘要】:ThisRecommendation|TechnicalReportprovides:a)thedescriptionofameanstopermitaprotocoltobeidentified;b)arecordofthestructureandallowablerangesofprotocolidentifier(s)whichcanbeassignedbyITU-T,ISO/IECandotherauthorities;c)arecordofthevaluesofprotocolidentifiersusedbyOSINetworklayerprotocolsandnon-OSIprotocolsoccupyingasimilarposition:inparticular,protocolswithprotocolcontrolinformationcommencinginoctet1oftheprotocoldataunit(header-orientedprotocols),andprotocolswithprotocolcontrolinformationcommencinginthefinaloctetoftheprotocoldataunit(trailer-orientedprotocols),arecovered;andd)arecordofthevaluesthatareinuseasprotocolcontrolinformationinnon-NetworklayerprotocolswheretheyimpactonNetworklayerprotocolidentification.TheapplicationofthisRecommendation|TechnicalReportis:a)intheidentificationofinternationallystandardizedNetworklayerprotocolsoperatingdirectlyabovetheDataLinkservice;b)intheidentificationofprotocolsusedinconjunctionwithinternationallystandardizedNetworklayerprotocolsthatoperatedirectlyabovetheDataLinkservice;andc)todistinguishbetweenInternationallystandardizedNetworklayerprotocols,andotherinternationallystandardizedprotocolsusedinconjunctionwithinternationallystandardizedNetworklayerprotocols.ThisRecommendation|TechnicalReportisforusebyITU-TStudyGroups,ISO/IECTechnicalCommitteesandotherauthoritiesinapplyingtheprinciplescontainedinclause4,andinselectinganunusedvalueorvaluesfromtherangeofvaluespermittedinclauses5or6,asappropriate.Whenanewvalueisselected,thatvalueanditsusageshouldbebroughttotheattentionofITU-TStudyGroup7orISO/IECJTC1SC6sothatthisRecommendation|TechnicalReportcanbeamended.
