【摘要】:Thisfire-test-responsetestmethodcoversasmall-scalelaboratoryscreeningprocedureforcomparingtherelativelinearrateofburningorextentandtimeofburning,orboth,ofplasticsintheformofbars,moldedorcutfromsheets,plates,orpanels,andtestedinthehorizontalposition.Note1Thistestmethod,andtestmethodAofIEC60695-11-10aretechnicallyequivalent.Note2Foradditionalinformationonmaterialswhichdonotburntothefirstreferencemarkbythistest,seeTestMethodD3801.Thistestmethodwasdevelopedforpolymericmaterialsusedforpartsindevicesandappliances.Theresultsareintendedtoserveasapreliminaryindicationoftheiracceptabilitywithrespecttoflammabilityforaparticularapplication.Thefinalacceptanceofthematerialisdependentuponitsuseincompleteequipmentthatconformswiththestandardapplicabletosuchequipment.Theclassificationsystemdescribedinisintendedforqualityassuranceandthepreselectionofcomponentmaterialsforproducts.Thisstandardisusedtomeasureanddescribetheresponseofmaterials,products,orassembliestoheatandflameundercontrolledconditions,butdoesnotbyitselfincorporateallfactorsrequiredforfirehazardsorfireriskassessmentofmaterials,products,orassembliesunderactualfireconditions.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardsstatements,see.
