【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesagaschromatographicmethodwithelectroncapturedetection(ECD)forthedeterminationoforganochlorinepesticides(OC's)andpolychlorinatedbiphenyls(PCBs)inanimalfeedingstuffs.Themethodisapplicabletoanimalfeedingstuffswithawatercontentuptoabout20wt%andoil/fattysamplescontainingresiduesofoneormoreofthefollowingOC's,PCBs,toxapheneandsomeoftheirisomersanddegradationproducts:--Aldrin;--Dieldrin;--Chlorocamphene(Toxaphene);--Chlordane(=sumofChlordaneisomersandOxychlordane);--DDT(=sumofisomersop'-DDT,pp'-DDT,pp'-TDE(pp'-DDD),andpp'-DDE);--Endosulfan(sumof(α/β-isomersandEndosulfan-sulphate);--Endrin;--Heptachlor(=sumofHeptachlorandβ-Heptachlorepoxide);--Hexachlorobenzene(HCB);--Hexachlorocyclohexaneisomers(α-HCH(α-BHC),β-HCH(β-BHC),γ-HCH(γ-BHCorlindane);--PCB28,52,101,138,153and180("IndicatorPCBs")andPCB198,209.ThelimitofquantificationforthementionedorganochlorinepesticidesandPCBsis5ng/gingeneral.However,10ng/gappliesforHeptachlor,Aldrin,Endrin,Dieldrin,andEndosulfan(α-,β-andsulphate).Individuallaboratoriesareresponsibletoensurethattheequipmenttheyusedwillachievetheselimitsofquantifications.
