【摘要】:Thispartofthetechnicalreportspecifiessafetyrecommendationsapplicabletothepreventionandfightingoffiresinfunicularrailwaysnotintunnels,aerialropewaysandski-towsthatmayendangerthehealthandsafetyofpersons.Withregardtofunicularrailways,theserecommendationsareapplicabletothosenotrunninginatunnelandhavingapathwayalongsidethetrackthatdoesnotallowpassengerstoexitthecarrierinlessthan5min.Forfunicularrailwayswhereevacuationofthecarriercanbecompletedwithin5min,thesamerecommendationsmaybeappliedinpartaccordingtotheresultsofthesafetyanalysisoftheinstallation.Withregardtotheseproblemsoffire,itisessentialtotakeorganizationalmeasuresrelatingtooperation,butthesearenotcoveredinthisreport.RequirementsforaerialropewaysoperatinginatunnelmayalsobebasedonCEN/TR14819-1.
